"As a Crossfit athlete there are down times and times where you feel like you haven't improved! It's at those times I think about how far I've come and think what a waste it would be to stop! I say enjoy the journey and embrace every moment even if it's bad, because it's all going to make you a better person and athlete! Sometime you need to be beaten down to achieve your goals! Coming off the Crossfit games I was beaten down in a few workouts but it showed me what my weaknesses are and what I need to improve on!"
