Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. Due to the medical nature of our products items must be returned in new, unopened and resalable condition. Return shipping costs may be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit or refund.

SpiderTech RETURNS

Step 1:

All defective product is accepted at Spidertech discretion within 30 days from the shipping date. Spidertech reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the shipping date. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RGA number. Please have the following information on hand when emailing for an RGA number: customer name, order number, date purchased, product description and the nature of the return. To obtain an RGA number and return instructions, please email info@spidertech.com and put Return in the subject line.

Step 2:

A Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you as soon as possible, to issue you a RGA, provide you with return instructions and log your return.

Step 3:

You are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to Spidertech, an address will be provided with your RGA. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.

Step 4:

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by Spidertech.com, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will provide you with a UPS Account number to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.


For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements.

*UNAUTHORIZED RETURN NOTIFICATION* Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to SpiderTech’s warehouse locations.
