Spidertech.com Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. Due to the medical nature of our products items must be returned in new, unopened and resalable condition. Please note that due to the medical nature and hygiene concerns, our "Ready to Wear Face Mask" are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit or refund.
Cancelling an Order
Once your order has been processed & prepared for shipment or has shipped, we cannot stop delivery or cancel it. If you no longer wish to receive the product , you can choose not to accept the delivery by refusing it in person or contacting us to arrange the return. When we receive the returned package, your refund will be issued based on the terms in our return policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Spidertech is not responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Spidertech will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

All defective product is accepted at Spidertech discretion within 30 days from the shipping date. Spidertech reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the shipping date. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RGA number. Please have the following information on hand when emailing for an RGA number: customer name, order number, date purchased, product description and the nature of the return. To obtain an RGA number and return instructions, please email email@example.com and put Return in the subject line.
A Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you as soon as possible, to issue you a RGA, provide you with return instructions and log your return.
You are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to Spidertech, an address will be provided with your RGA. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.
If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by Spidertech.com, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will provide you with a UPS Account number to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.
Terms & Policies
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements.
*UNAUTHORIZED RETURN NOTIFICATION* Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to SpiderTech’s warehouse locations.
If you purchased SpiderTech products through another retailer, please contact that retailer for returns information.
