How To Apply The Postural Kinesiology Tape
Let’s take a look at how to apply our postural kinesiology tape. You will need to have another person apply this tape correctly!

Begin by taking the tape and bending at the black lines, then tear the perforations.

Lay the tape so that you can see the logo is at the top of the shoulder blades. The center is going to go right down the middle of the spine.

Lay the tape on the spine while peeling off the backing, and rub the tape to activate the glue

Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then take section 2 and peel off the backing while applying the tape with very little stretch.

Repeat for the other side.

Once sections 2 and 3 are on, rub over the tape again to ensure it sticks

Go to section 4 and 5 and repeat the same process.

Rub all of the tape again to make sure the tape is stuck to the skin.
