Spidertech Order and Shipping Policy

All orders (including overnight and 2 day delivery) received no later than 3:00 PM EDT will require 1- 2 business days for processing and packing at our warehouse before being shipped

Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, and we also offer Next Day and 2-Day air shipping options.

  • Continental US orders are shipped USPS and FedEx
  • Canadian Orders are shipped Canada Post & UPS

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays)

We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option and will be subject to changes to meet the most appropriate delivery method for the address provided (i.e. Remote postal codes & box size).

Changes to the shipping method will be accommodated whenever possible if the order has not yet shipped.

For All US orders.
Orders may be shipped from our Canadian warehouse to be delivered to street addresses in the continental United States. Spidertech reserves the right to substitute the shipping carrier used with an equivalent service level by another carrier.

Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned. Once returned, we must charge a $10 rerouting fee on all packages reshipped. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned business address or have someone present to receive you package.
