Spidertech Kinesiology Atheletic Tape 2 Inch Rolls -- Functional. Stick well, flexible but strong enough, and easy to apply. Happy with it so far.

This is very nice kinesiology tape. I found that it adheres well to clean skin, and stays on for a few days if desired. It has a decent thickness. It is not precut, but the grid lines on the back help to measure and cut just the right lengths. It has worked as well as the various other tapes I have used.

I love using kinesiology tape because I get more mobility from it than when I use my normal braces and this tape is comparable to other tapes I've tried. It is not pre cut but does have markings on the back. It adheres well but it didn't take long for the corners to come up which was my fault for not rounding the corners. It came off well, didn't leave any residue and it wasn't painful while removing from my arm that has hair. I wore it for 3 days before taking it off, the box says that it last up to 5 days and I'm sure it can if not place on a joint. I put mine on my wrist so by the 3rd day the wrist area was all lose. From my pictures you can see the day by day wear of it. I think for being on my wrist the tape did very well.

If you're interested in this, I highly recommend researching the proper way to use kinesiology tape before sticking this stuff to you.You can use this tape on sore and stiff joints, pulled/strained/sprained ligaments, and other areas where you'd need the extra support. The tape does a great job at providing stability in unstable areas.But again, with stuff like this, find an expert to show you how to use it, or at least, go online and do some research.

This tape is great. It has some stretch, and the 2" width makes it useful for many areas of your body. The adhesive on this tape is great and sticks well. I have used it and left it on for a couple of days and even after showering it still sticks very well.

This is a very comfortable kinesiology tape to wear. I simply prep the area (cleanse and thoroughly dry) before applying for the best adhesion. Anyone who is having trouble with this sticking may not have prepped their skin correctly as this sticks just as well as similar products available. I personally use this as a way to relieve shin splints, and found this to be incredibly helpful. I don't see any reason why this won't stay put for a week or so.

Material is thicker and therefore firmer than the k-tape generic rolls. The cut-out helps quicken the taping process. Definitely go to their website and see the info provided to get the best result.

I use this for mouth taping at night to help with snoring . It is on my face and lips all night and comes off easily with no pain , rash or skin ripping .It has lines on the back for cutting which is helpful. Highly recommend :)

Not too sure about this tape as on my first 3 tries it rolled off in less than a day, so with so much left on my first roll I can’t really give a good review. I purchased 3 rolls with 1 free roll so I will try another colour and see what that brings.

I do different skilled assignments 6 days a week for 8, 10, or 12 hours each day. I use Spidertech as a preventative measure toward my joints from repetitive motions. Being ambidextrous with repetitive assembly along with stretching and having Spidertech reinforcing my shoulders, back, etc...helps to keep me strong and on task. I have a great job and like to improve myself each and every day.

I used to purchase the wider rolls but they dont have them anymore. I wish they would bring those back

Have used KT tape for many reasons i the past without any problems and it had always worked. I am 33 weeks pregnant and using KT to help with the discomfort in your lower regions. But, found that the brands that I was using was now irritating my skin on my belly making it really itchy and discoloring my skin. (Never happened before). So, when I this one for sensitive skin I couldn't wait to try it. It works the way KT is supposed to without any of the skin irritation and no discomfort to remove. Definitely buying more.
