How To Apply Hip Pre-Cut Tape

Today we’re going to look at putting on the Hip Spider. Remember, before you put any of the Spiders on, you want to make sure that the area is clean and dry, free of any hair, lotions or oils.

  1. To get started, you’re going to tear each of the perforations. Bend along the black lines and you’re going to tear the backing.

  2. Locate the Spider on the skin, putting section one over the bony part of the hip.

  3. Take the entire backing of section one off and lay it on the skin. Rub over the top to make sure that it is securely applied.

  4. For section two, it’s going to come straight up from section one. Peel the backing off leaving a handle, take the stretch out the tape and lay it on the skin.

  5. Repeat for the other section two projection. Make sure that there’s a small space in between the two projections as you’re laying it on the skin. Once applied, you can rub over the top.

  6. Straighten the leg for section three. Peel the backing off , folding it and let all the stretch out of the tape. Lay it on the skin in the center of the outside part of the thigh.

  7. Rub over the entire spider, make sure that it’s applied.
