It provides extra support during my workouts, and it was very easy to apply, it did stay in place during my intense workouts. It is very comfortable and breathable and it didn't irritate my skin.

I bought this to add to my first aid kit supplies, as I think there should be a variety of items in it. This is an excellent addition to my first aid kit and exactly what I wanted. I really like that each piece is individually packaged, so I can add just one in a kit, if I choose, or take one when I travel. It makes things more portable, and I really appreciate that. Overall, I'm very happy and glad that I bought this.

This is a really nice set of Kinesiology Tape for a beginner. This set has pre-cut pieces for hip support. It comes with a very through set of instructions. The only down side is there are not very many pre-cut strips. Again great for a beginner who hasn't used Kinesiology tape before

This is a professional quality pre-cut specialized kinesiology tap for hip support, although it can also be used on other part of the body. I also used on my shoulders and knees and it works well. The items are individually packed in smaller bags for separate usage. It is kind of expensive, compared with the big roll kinesiology taps I usually use. However, the quality is very good and it stay in pace and provide very good support and protection. It seems skin friendly and water/sweat resistant. I have no issue with it while sweating a lot when playing badminton. I like the tap, but probably cannot afford the price.

I got this for an upcoming ultra race in case hips give me trouble. The video attached helped me understand how to apply well and it comes with thorough directions. There are several videos out there for taping injuries also. Tape is typical Kinesiology tape and sturdy. Love how they are pre-cut and attached to easily applied forms. They make it super easy to use! Highly recommend!

I have been using Kinesiology tape for years and love it. It has helped me with leg and Achilles pain, shoulders, arms and neck pain too. I am pretty picky about Kinesiology tape and have found my favorite brand to be Hampton brand which comes in a big roll (2 inches wide by 135 feet long). It is $45. Comparing to this product, the cost of this product is $38 for four 3 inch wide by 15 inches for a total of 60 inches (5 feet long total). So you can see this is quite a bit more expensive than buying a bulk roll of tape. The unique thing about this product is that it is much wider than most kinesiology tape (3 inches vs. 2 inches), plus it is precut especially for the hip with 5 inches split down the middle. The corners are cut really nicely rounded. With a bulk roll you would have to cut specially for the split and round corners. The other thing is this is made specifically to target the hip with clear instructions on the back of the tape (step 1,2,3) with instruction on where and how to apply it. There is also an online video on this product page so you can learn how to do it properly with visual instruction. I love that! I have spent hours looking at kinesiology instructions online for various ailments, so this product really is a time saver. The quality of the product is superb too. It stays in place and has the elasticity I would expect from a professional quality kinesiology tape. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue after removing either. I am giving this a 5-star rating because it is good quality, functions well, easy to use, superior instructions, precut, etc. It is expensive, but I think very much worth it if you are looking to use Kinesiology tape on your hip. It is for someone who has never applied K-tape before. I would however recommend having someone like a friend or partner apply it. You can apply it yourself, but it will turn out better if you have someone do it for you - especially with the price, you don’t want to blow it on the application!

I am using kinesiology tape on my foot for a persistent and highly annoying tendonitis. These precut strips for the hip work just fine for me when cut in half and placed in the appropriate location on my foot. They stick well and most of the time will stay in place for 2-3 days. Kinesiology tape is expensive, there's no getting around it, and precut tape is even more so. The cost is somewhat offset by the fact that you can leave it on for several days, but this style at about $2.50 per application is on a par with using a plain roll. I recommend this product.

This tape is very stick when you put it on and it stays in place very well. The tape is labeled and the video shows you exactly how to apply it. It feels like it really does stabilize the hip area.

This particular kinesiology tape is very well made and sticks extremely well! It stays right where you put it! It also does a very nice job of supporting the area it is used on. This is some really good stuff, and I definitely highly recommend it!

Pro Hip worked wonders on my right hip. Able to ride my bicycle with comfort again. Very long lasting.

The reason I like this tape because the quality, effectiveness n durability is no. 1. I wore it for a week, I showered with it and it stays in place. Dries when wet and moreso it helps with my pain.

Applying the Hip Pre-Cut is tricky for me to do on my own. After 3 failed attempts I used the bathtub and it seems to have given me the result I was after, or very nearly so.

The hip pre-cut helps with my pain. The main problem is that the edges roll up and then will not re-stick.

I've been a fan of Spider Tech Products since lat3 2009, when I got them for my son when he pulled a hammy playing college football......I've been using them myself for my hamstrings, calves, piriformis/glutes for the past 5 years and they have enabled me to play through numerous injuries on the baseball field.....and I turn 62 in less than 2 weeks. I will be using them for as long as I am able to play!
